Finest herbs from the garden! Gently dried herbs refined with onion, garlic and paprika give your dishes a fresh, natural taste. Excellent for making herb butter. Mixed with cream cheese, quark, crème fraîche or mayo, it is a mild accompaniment to hot baked potatoes, spicy grilled meat or as a sauce for crunchy vegetables. As a dip: Mix 200 g yoghurt, 100 g crème fraîche & salt with 2-3 tablespoons of gourmet herb mix and leave to steep for 20 minutes.
