For us, the name waste glass is also a program: making upcycling products from old glass bottles and showing how beautiful the waste we produce can be is our mission.
An upcycling soap dispenser as a bridge between art, everyday objects and waste attracts attention and is intended to inspire people to find opportunities for upcycling in all areas of life. Incidentally, you don't have to constantly buy new disposable plastic soap dispensers, which reduces resource consumption.
TOO MUCH TRASH...
On average, every German produces 220 kg of packaging waste per year. Even if we have effective recycling systems in Germany and many parts of Europe, it has long been clear that things cannot go on like this. We would therefore like to recommend the principle of the 5 “R” to you:
Refuse: Reject what you don't need.
Reduce: Reduce what you need.
Reuse: Reuse what you need.
Recycle: Recycle what you cannot reuse.
Red: compost the rest.

Instead of buying a new plastic soap dispenser in the drugstore once a month, you can quickly convert an old bottle into a refillable soap dispenser. You can refill this as often as you like and, by the way, it also looks a whole lot better than the cheap plastic part, doesn't it?
