With it's roots firmly in Turkey, this is an all-purpose blend widely used . Our hand prepared seasoning mix is a careful blend including Mint, Urfa Chillies, Sumac and Citrus. Made with quality spices and seasonings, this has a vibrant colour and fresh, powerful aroma. Can be used with hummus, flatbreads, roasted veg or to make lamb koftas, BBQ chicken or season kebabs. Also works really well as an extra layer of flavour in soups, sauces and stews. Method: Add Baharat Spice Blend to chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables or bread. Apply to moist meat and allow to marinade.
