FIRST, THE PORK RILLETTES (350g of pleasure!)

Our rillettes are inspired by the Filipino Adobo, an ancestral recipe which means marinade. From the first bites we were seduced by the caramelization of the meat which preserves a melting heart. It will make Umami in your mouth: the acidity counterbalances with the fat to leave you with a taste of coming back to it.
