This recipe is quits or double. What is certain is that it will not leave you indifferent! We are far from the cliché of peanut butter. The texture is quite creamy and delicious, it's more of a dip than a spread, an invitation to dip vegetables but not only! 🥕 🥒 🫑 🥬 (see our tasting tips below 😉). ⚡︎ In summary? We're going to twist your taste buds! 💃🏻 🤫 Manufacturing secrets: Inspired by Asian sauces, this is the favorite recipe of chefs because it is eaten as it is, but it is also a great base for the preparation of many other dishes! At the end of the mouth, let yourself be surprised by subtle notes of chilli 🌶 The saltiness is brought by the soy sauce, one of my favorite secret ingredients 😍 During tastings, I love to make guesses about the composition of the ingredients.
