Lime, chestnut and wildflower honey from Piedmont are the flagship of Italian honey, as their production is always linked to climatic conditions. 

Every year the production fails to satisfy market demands and therefore the Italian origin and in particular the Piedmontese one gives them added value! 

They are perfect with cheeses (such as Castelmagno, Parmigiano Reggiano, Raschera and many others), exceptional for preparing cappuccinos, coffee, milk and for enjoying a special breakfast or used as sugar substitutes in cakes or other desserts. 

When these honeys meet lard or other meat, they create ideal dishes for aperitifs and appetizers.
