Wildflower honey 0.500

A very common type of honey on our tables is certainly wildflower honey.                                        There is no pre-eminent floral typology, but you can find flavors and characteristics of various types of flowers.                                        It is clearer and more transparent, with a more delicate, sweet and less intense flavour.                                        It tends to crystallize a few months after harvest and is produced in the spring period, up to June-July.                                        Honey is naturally rich in antioxidant minerals, more numerous in dark-colored wildflower honeys. ANDuseful in the treatment of flu conditions, and performs antibacterial functions.
