The product is prepared from fresh tomatoes at a convenient level of ripeness, selected and pulped. 

In particular, the preparation process involves a phase of chopping and refining the tomato pulp obtained. 

The packaging is carried out by hot filling. It is also possible to flavor the tomato puree with spices of various kinds, first and foremost basil.
