Roman-style artichokes are a characteristic side dish of the Lazio tradition prepared with chopped aromatic herbs which makes them fragrant and aromatic. A unique taste that expresses all the brightness of our cuisine. Roman-style artichokes, crunchy and tasty, are an excellent accompaniment for aperitifs and cocktails, but they go well both as an accompanying vegetable and as an ingredient in first and second courses.
