The carefully selected artichokes are defoliated by hand, calibrated and processed exclusively fresh at the best time of harvest between March and April. The cleaning of the stem is done by hand with a knife, in order to give the product a homemade appearance. They are cooked with herbs, fine herbs and with the addition of a drop of vinegar to make them even more delicious. Delicious and tender, they are excellent as an appetizer and delicious accompaniment for aperitifs and cocktails.
