ARTICHOKE HEARTS IN OIL 290 GR

A small and appetizing idea to enrich your table: organic artichokes in oil are a real treat for the most demanding palates. Expert hands choose the freshest and tastiest ones and then work them finely by hand after having cleaned and cut them with care. They are washed with lemon juice which prevents them from browning, blanched and left to boil for a few minutes, and finally placed in glass jars and preserved in olive oil.
