This bottle contains 71% guava and dulse seaweed. Cooked at low temperatures to maintain the aromas of fresh papaya and using fresh habanero and madam-jeanette peppers, this Dutch Caribbean way of making hot sauce is loved by many.  Ingredients: Guava (72%), vinegar, onion, sea salt, madame jeanette peppers (6%), habanero peppers, garlic, vegetables in varying proportions (silver onions, gherkins, cauliflower), sugar, wheat flour, mustard seed, Palmaria palmate (1%), rapeseed oil, spices.May contain traces of sand, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
