Acacia flower jelly

Picked by me, I wanted, for you, to capture this intoxicating smell and this delicious perfume in a jelly. You can enjoy this acacia flower jelly in the traditional way on a slice of bread like a jam, it will enhance your foie gras and other duck breasts, you can also melt a teaspoon of acacia jelly in a cup of hot water for drinking.
