This step is necessary because the wood tends to expand on contact with water, allowing the head to be easily clipped onto the handle. 2. To clip the interchangeable head onto the handle, hold the handle in one hand from above and the head in the other hand. Then clip the head into the top of the handle. Voila, your Maline is ready to be used! 3. To remove the head, submerge the top of the handle under water for at least 20 minutes, then hold the wooden handle in the same way.
