Semolina pasta produced with stone-ground durum wheat grown in Sardinia. Cold kneaded and bronze drawn, with drying for about 36 hours at low temperature. Due to its particular characteristics, this format also goes well with elaborate condiments. The particularly large size enhances the flavor of the grain.
