An alcohol-free blend, friendly to share An emotional drink that transports you to a world of tasting and sharing. Sweet, sweet vanilla scents of tonka bean. Spices, tingling ginger mingle with the freshness of freshly picked mint. The palate begins with a light liquor enhanced by Yuzu juice and a finish with a smoky, almost camphorous character. Blend of around fifteen plant spices and roots reminiscent of night light. Pasteurized product, 24 months of conservation at production - Assemblage sobre is a series created in partnership with Florent Martin, MOF sommelier. It is about recalling the experience of tasting wine, namely a drink with different levels of reading and an evolution of flavors depending on the dish it accompanies.
