Complete Maftoul couscous from Palestine, 500g

This couscous seed comes from Paslestine and comes from organic farming and fair trade.     Whole wheat flour is rolled by hand and dried in the sun. The wheat for this couscous is harvested in Jenin, where it is transformed into wholemeal flour. Then, in Jericho, groups of women roll it by hand into delicious maftoul, the Palestinian name for couscous.
