Peppermint dominates first with its powerful character, in the background notes of chlorophyll mint bring an aromatic complexity. On the palate the attack is frank, dominated by peppermint with a refreshing intensity. Slightly syrupy, but perfectly balanced by a very low sweetness. On the mid-palate, the complexity unfolds with more subtle herbaceous nuances, before giving way to chlorophyll mint which prolongs the tasting. The finish is long, clean and refreshing.
