JAVIER ASENSIO WHITE 2021

Dry white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay varieties. In this wine we highlight how the two varieties are perfectly integrated, highlighting the virtues of each of them in the tasting. The aromatic intensity of the Sauvignon Blanc adds elegance to the body and volume of the Chardonnay, resulting in an intense and round fresh wine that makes its consumption a pleasure of sensations. The harvest was carried out in the first fortnight of September looking for the freshness of the night so that the fruit arrives in the best conditions for its elaboration process. Fermented at 15º for 29 days, being a slow process where the aromas sprout every day depending on the progress of the fermentation, impregnating the winery with aromas of pineapple and pear in the process, resulting in a high quality wine.
