The fresh fruit with which we always provide La Pochola means that from the youngest and most inexperienced consumer to the most veteran of them, they can enjoy this wine. Its citrus on the nose make you anticipate that something good awaits us in the mouth. A fresh and friendly mouth that runs through the entire throat reaching its end with ample body and silkiness, having a good acidity that provokes the assault on the next drink. The grapes are collected on cool nights at the end of September at temperatures of 10º, 11º and fermentation is slow, for a month at 15º to extract the aromas and freshness that characterize it.
