
Vineyard: Made from the flower juice of selected grapes from our best vineyards. The vineyards are grown on sandy loam, granitic and slightly acid soils. Denomination of origin: D.O. Rias Baixas. Sustainable production. Production and harvest: 100% Albariño (13% alc.). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until stabilization and bottling. Pairing: Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meat and shellfish. Service temperature: 8 – 10ºC. Tasting: * Visual Phase. Straw yellow color with greenish hues, clean and bright. * Olfactory Phase: Medium-high intensity, aromatic herbs, balsamic, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, tropical, pineapple, lychees and white flowers. * Taste Phase: Fresh, sweet, very fruity, balanced and persistent.
