100% Verdejo, it is made with grapes from 30-year-old vineyards owned by the family and from old vines owned by small winegrowers that allow us to blend the complexity and diversity of the different soils of the Denomination of Origin. After the harvest, the musts ferment in stainless steel and concrete tanks and in wooden vats. After this, the wines remain on their lees for 4 months. The coupage of these vinifications is what characterizes the singularity and differentiation of our José Pariente Verdejo wine.
