Service temperature: 10°C – 12°C. * Visual Phase: Yellow color with an intense greenish hue, very fine carbon dioxide, limpid and brilliant. * Olfactory Phase: Medium intensity with hints of white flowers, aromatic herbs and light balsamic. With hints of citrus (grapefruit and lemon peel), mineral aromas of flint and stone. * Gustatory Phase: Fresh entry on the palate, with good acidity and unctuous. On the palate it is fruity and balanced, with an elegant final bitterness.
