Olfactory Phase: Clean aromas of good intensity with fruity hints of apricot, pineapple and apple on a background of hay and white flowers. Gustatory Phase: The palate is broad, glyceric, with a balanced acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. Aftertaste with very good final memory. Consumption temperature: 10 – 12 ºC Pairing: Fish, shellfish, fresh cheese.
