Campestral Special Aged White Under Veil of Flor

Grape variety: Palomino 100%. Elaboration: wine with biological aging in stainless steel tanks and under veil of flower for about 14 months. View: A clean, transparent, clear wine, without defects in the glass. Yellow green, with golden reflections and intense color. You can see the fat, unctuousness and traces of the wine in the glass (the "legs"). Aroma: Nuances of veil of flower, bakery, pastries, yeast and a high intensity without being pronounced that does not bother. Palate: Dry wine, medium acidity, has body that turns into fat, without bothering. The warmth of the alcohol is noticeable, letting it breathe, nuances of toffee begin to appear. Pairing: White meat, meat stews with vegetables. Nuts, smoked cheeses, grilled fish. Caramelized almonds, foie gras and seafood.
