Grape varieties: Palomino 93% and Petit Verdot 7%. Elaboration: young natural wine with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. View: A clean wine is seen in the glass, with a medium intensity, ruby color, some tile reflection, very interesting for a claret. Aroma: The primary part of red and black fruit is noticeable, liqueurous nuances like cherries, and with the passage of time in the glass creamy nuances appear as lactic. Mouth: It is a dry wine, ripeness is noted in the mouth, which simulates sweetness, has a medium acidity, very well balanced alcohol.
