Organic white wine, Cayetana grape and Aloe Vera. Vineyards with more than 40 years, planted in glass. Manual night harvest. Maceration with the skin and Aloe Vera. Fermentation at low temperature. Aged on lees. Colour: Straw yellow. Aroma: Citrus fruits, white flowers, bakery. On the palate: Fresh with good acidity, unctuous, slightly bitter aftertaste and long palate. Alcoholic degree 12% vol. pH: 3.50
