OLIEDDA, PITTED OLIVES

Small pitted olives, harvested at the right degree of ripeness, seasoned and preserved in oil, are excellent to consume during an aperitif or to use as an appetizer. They are perfect for dressing cold pasta or rice salads and as ingredients in the preparation of tasty sauces and main courses.
