JAR with ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "FUSION"

A medium fruity oil, golden yellow color with light green tones.   Characterized by a full and enveloping aroma rich in hints of fresh grass and leaves.   On the palate it has a large vegetal flavor, with nuances of rocket.   Bitter and spicy present but harmonious.
