The White Stones, vintage 2022

The cuvée "Les Pierres Blanches" is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc white wine born on our blue shale terroir of Faugères. This high altitude rock swept by Mediterranean sailors gives this wine great tension with an assertive floral nose and good acidity on the palate. The tasting reveals an expressive nose, on aromas of white fruits, plants such as santolina, cistus and mineral notes. The mouth is supple, a material full of vivacity accompanied by a beautiful minerality bringing a lot of freshness, a long and airy finish.
