Its scent is subtle, floral aromas of linden blossom combined with a fresh touch of citrus fruits, quince and pear. Fresh on the palate with fine perlage and great elegance and finesse. Only must from hand-picked Pinot Blanc grapes from the first pressing is used for Grand C Brut Crémant d'Alsace. The maturing time is approx. 24 months.
