CERASUOLO D'ABRUZZO DOC ORGANIC 2023

Winemaking method: spontaneous fermentation without adding sulphites.   Soft pressing and eight hours in contact with the skins, batonnage on the noble lees for six months.   It is called the wine of the night.   Training system: Abruzzo pergola.   Age of the vine: 45 years.   Yield per hectare: 90 quintals.   Grape variety: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.   Color: Deep cherry pink.   Taste: A full, intense wine, fills the mouth in a warm way with a fresh finish.   Currants, raspberries, rose hips and cyclamen.   Contains sulphites.
