Winemaking method: spontaneous fermentation without the addition of sulphites, batonnage on the noble lees for six months.   Training system: Abruzzo pergola.   Average age of the vineyards: 40 years.   Yield per hectare: 100 quintals.   Grape variety: Cococciola.   Color: Pale straw yellow with green reflections.   Taste: Note of freshness and flavor, accompanied by a dry and mineral finish.   Mineral notes flavored with floral jasmine scents.   Contains sulphites.
