The embodiment of our preference for Pinot: an elegant yet fruity wine, juicy on the palate with nice volume and good length. At first, yellow stone fruit and minerality from the volcanic soil of Siefersheim dominate the varietal aromas until, with a little air and/or aging, the full bouquet of pear and subtly nutty nuances unfolds.The nose shows ripe mirabelles, pears and yellow apple, but also spicy aromas.
