Weißer Burgunder 2021

The 21er Weißburgunder presents itself like a good jazz singer: not obtrusive, but present. Elegant, almost graceful, sometimes smokily tart when it matters. Adapted to the mood, the ambience, the food, but no deviation from its own clear style.On the nose white peach to apricot, walnut to caramel, citrus to white tea. In the mouth again pure elegance, fine fruit, length and juicy mouthfeel. As of late 2022, the still slightly prominent acidity points with an outstretched arm to the unmistakable Heerkretz minerality; as it matures, it will certainly draw attention to itself. Simply a great evening accompaniment.We recommend grilled dorado, white meat with kohlrabi or even Asian dishes with a good dose of coriander.
