Winemaking method: spontaneous fermentation without the addition of sulphites, batonnage on the noble lees for six months.   Training system: Guyot.   Average age of the vineyards: 5 years.   Yield per hectare: 100 quintals.   Grape variety: Pecorino.   Color: Straw yellow with bright reflections.   Taste: Pleasant freshness and delicate softness, alcoholic and harmonized notes with a fruity finish.   Fruity and mineral, notes of peach and apricot with a rosemary finish.   Contains sulphites.
