Yield per hectare: 90 quintals. Grape variety: Cococciola. Color: Straw yellow with bright reflections. The perlage is intense and fairly persistent. Taste: The nose offers notes of leavened bread and a mineral and citrus finish, fresh and citrusy. In the mouth it is delicately exuberant. Savory, balanced, very pleasant. Good taste-olfactory persistence. Contains sulfites.
