Winemaking method: Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, MARTINOTTI method, second fermentation 3 months.   Training system: Abruzzo pergola.   Average age of the vineyards: 45 years.   Yield per hectare: 90 quintals.   Grape variety: Cococciola.   Color: Straw yellow with bright reflections.   The perlage is intense and fairly persistent.   Taste: The nose offers notes of leavened bread and a mineral and citrus finish, fresh and citrusy.   In the mouth it is delicately exuberant.   Savory, balanced, very pleasant.   Good taste-olfactory persistence.   Contains sulfites.
