Winemaking method: Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of sulphites, one month of maceration in contact with the skins, 12 months of maturation in steel and 12 months in new medium toasted French barriques. Training system: Abruzzo pergola. Average age of the vineyards: 65 years. Yields per hectare: 70 quintals. Colour: Intense impenetrable ruby red with hints of garanine. Taste: Ethereal tones, sensations of blackberries and red fruits which immediately leave ample space for aromas of dried rose and balsamic notes.
