Dry and fruity rosé wine IGP Vaucluse to serve chilled (6 to 8°C) It is the wine of choice for your sunny aperitifs but the fact that it is dry allows it to pleasantly accompany all of your summer meals. The harvest takes place at daybreak. The grapes are vinified at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas. There is only a very short time left in the cooled vat, always with the aim of preserving the taste of the fruit. It is a light wine, a summer rosé with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant as well as exotic fruits. The Grenache brings a silky, round side and a pale color to the palate. We recommend letting the wine rest for a few more weeks; it will be ready to drink from mid-June. 13% Vol.
