English Cider, made in France! Discover the BFF Hard Cider range with 4% alcohol: fruity, sparkling and bitter-free drinks. The difference with a traditional cider? We start with table apple juice, we select yeasts as a brewer would do and we monitor the fermentation for around ten days. A different process from a traditional cider in spontaneous fermentation on cider apples. The outcome? Our Cider is more sparkling, has no bitterness and comes in 4 versions: Apple, Passion Fruit, Ginger and Raspberry. BFF Gingembre is made from Breton apple juice, selected yeasts and ginger puree. Less sweet than ginger beer, BFF Ginger is perfect in a cocktail! Our entire range is natural, without additives, without added sugars and without gluten.
