Golden blonde high fermentation at 6.5 °, the beer from the Abbey of Signy is brewed from a variety of three malts and three carefully selected hops. The specially kilned malts give it this almost ocher golden blonde color. Sweet and fruity notes complete the bouquet of this beer with a subtle nose, round in the mouth, light and thirst-quenching.
