Imagined in the spirit of a Sauterne, we started with an Imperial Sour base to which we added a good dose of honey, a little St Peray must from the press (Roussanne/Marsanne) and a hint of saffron. All this during its 23 months of aging in Sauterne barrels from Domaine Dubourdieu. The result is a UFO that will bluff more than one! alc 13.12% 75cl
