The local drying workshop takes care of fruit collection, organizes training, and makes available the development fund paid through your purchases, according to the needs of small producers. The fruit is picked perfectly ripe, then dried as quickly and at the lowest possible temperature to preserve its beautiful red to orange color, its tender texture and its properties.
