From the palm grove to you, our packaged dates benefit from the same care as their big sisters “Extra Selection”. Most of them come from the same exceptional terroirs, and come from the same trees. After picking, the dates are lightly steamed at low temperature, pitted by hand then transformed into paste and packaged in blocks.
