Organic durum wheat semolina pasta, stone ground. With wheat germ. Bronze-drawn. Processing and drying at temperatures below 42°C. The box contains 12 pieces of 500 g each. Produced with organic stone-milled durum wheat semolina, our pasta is bronze drawn and processed and dried at a temperature below 42°C. Unlike common semolina, semolina contains wheat germ which is very rich in nutrients: amino acids, fatty acids, mineral salts, group B vitamins, tocopherols, omega 3 and omega 6. It is recommended to cook it in abundant salted water, stirring it only a few times, and to appreciate its intense aroma already during cooking.
