About the product: We obtain our basil blossom syrup from the flowers of the shrub basil "African Blue". We cultivate this variety of basil for the production of basil blossoms, which are carefully hand-picked and dried by us. Our pure basil blossom syrup is ideal for spritzers, lemonades and alcoholic mixed drinks, but also for refining salads, fish and meat dishes, vegetables as well as desserts, sauces and marinades. The syrup is also very popular as a gift and souvenir. It is a sugar-reduced flower syrup (usually every 100 ml of syrup, there are between 70 to 90g of sugar - our flower syrup is just 39g per 100 ml) and thus corresponds to the current zeitgeist of consumers and is an ideal product for the whole family .
