Little sugar, lots of flavor – that is the motto of the 89Süd Manufaktur with its organic syrup essences.
Compared to conventional syrup, the focus of 89Süd essences is on the intense flavor of the fruits, herbs or berries used. Therefore, the different varieties contain far less sugar and the highest possible concentration of raw materials – so the essences are very economical and can be diluted to a high degree (1:9).
From cultivation to preserving and bottling to the label, everything is handmade – as befits a true manufacturer. The 89Süd Manufaktur does not want to establish mass products, but rather remains personal, which of course is also reflected in the quality.
The organic essences are available in the flavors rhubarb, green herbs, lavender-elderberry, hops-lemon balm, bitter lemon and quince. The different varieties can be used in a variety of mixed drinks such as classic spritzers or lemonade, but also in aperitifs, spritzers, gin or cocktails.
