Compared to conventional syrup, the focus of 89Süd essences is on the intensive taste of the fruits, herbs or berries used. Therefore, the different varieties contain far less sugar and the highest possible concentration of raw materials - so the essences are very economical and can be easily diluted (1:9).
From the cultivation to the boiling and bottling to the label, everything is - as befits a real manufactory - manual work. The 89Süd manufactory does not want to establish mass products, but to remain personal, which is of course also reflected in the quality.
The organic essences are available in the flavors rhubarb, green herbs, lavender-elderberry, hops-balm, bitter lemon and quince. The different varieties can be used in a variety of mixed drinks such as classic spritzer or lemonade, but also in aperitifs, spritz, gin or cocktails.
