For our local pasta we use durum wheat semolina (or other types of grain) from the Leitzachmühle in Miesbach, eggs from Kerschl’s Geflügelhof in Bruckmühl and only fresh ingredients or high-quality spices!
Our range now includes over 30 varieties! We offer different shapes (de Well’n, de Hiadl etc.), different flavors (lemon, herbs, garlic etc.) and different types of grain (durum wheat semolina, spelled steam, whole wheat flour, hemp flour etc.).
