The dough was probably already in his cradle, because Wolfgang Wallner's grandparents already ran a small bakery. The first spaghetti was created in 1994 in a small room in the Wallner family's house. Unconventional thinking and healthy and considered growth over the years have been rewarded. Today, Tobias Wallner is the second generation to run the family business and lives his passion for pasta.
It is the art of pasta making that the Wallner family is dedicated to! Every egg is still cracked by hand today. Spaghetti and tagliatelle are cut by hand and carefully placed on wooden sticks to dry slowly.
Each individual package is hand-packed with love. Customers recognize the love for craftsmanship when they discover the red pasta heart that is in every package.
In Wolfgang & Tobias Wallner's factory, the pasta is still air-dried today so that the delicate flavor of wheat and egg is wonderfully preserved!
In addition to classic varieties such as spirals and croissants, the family business also offers spiced noodles such as saffron, truffle, wild garlic and basil noodles as well as gluten-free and vegan varieties such as corn noodles and has a nice selection of organic pasta.
