How to use Ingredients: Protein Hamburger Bread Mix: 500g Yeast: 10g Water (between 30-40ºC): 450 ml Preparation: Dough temperature: Approx. 26 -28ºC Kneading time: Approx. 10 min (slowly) Approx. 8-15 min (fast) Dough rest time: No rest Dough weight: 75-85 gr/piece Recommended decoration: Mix of sesame, flaxseed and sunflower seeds Final fermentation: 35-45 min Baking: In oven at 230ºC Baking time: 20-24 min We mix the flour, we begin to knead until we have the dough ready. Form balls, each weighing about 50 g. We shape a bun. On a baking tray, place parchment paper and the balls on top, flattening them a little and separating them from each other. Let ferment 35-45 min. Preheat the oven to 230ºC with heat from top to bottom, without air, and sprinkle with the desired decoration. Bake for 20-24 min, or until the loaves are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a rack. Recommendations: If your oven is powerful and you see that they brown in the first 10 minutes, lower the temperature by 10-15 degrees until the bread is cooked. Freeze in closed plastic bags.
